Jennifer Medvin (Writer/Producer)
Jennifer Medvin was born in Hawaii and raised in the stunning Napa
Valley. Her writing has been deeply influenced by where she was
raised and her professions.
Jennifer’s previous career as a flight attendant for a major
airline opened her eyes to different characters and places of interest
for her stories. She also considers her medical background as a
perioperative registered nurse to be very beneficial to her writing.
Jennifer has studied screenwriting with some of the very best in
Hollywood! She was a Top Ten Winner in the ScriptWritersRus National
Search and has consistently placed highly in screenplay competitions
such as; American Accolades, Scriptapalooza TV/Film, Project Greenlight,
and Scr(i)pt Magazine's Open Door.
Jennifer also produced the film, Helping Hand with Paula
Marshall, which held its World Premiere at the prestigious Palm
Springs International ShortFest in 2008.
Currently, Jennifer is filming the feature documentary, Baby, and
is the supervising producer on a pilot series with Host Erin Foley
titled, Dishin' it up! She also recently wrote and produced
Four
Steps and The
Difference; an equal marriage rights Public Service Announcement,
narrated by Lucy Lawless and Eva Tamargo.
Jennifer currently lives in Los Angeles with her family and has
a myriad of projects in various stages of development.
